request an authorization number before returning your shipment.
To
receive full merchandise credit, items must be in good condition
(unused), in the original packaging and returned within 30 days of the
invoice date. To expedite your credit, please include a copy of your
original invoice and a note explaining the reason for return. Opened
handpieces and equipment may not be returned for credit, but will be
repaired or replaced in accordance with the manufacturers' warranty.
Special Order items are not returnable.
Payment & Delivery Terms:
At Tri County Dental we try our best to give you the lowest prices
possible, and in order for us to do so we accept payment by Visa,
Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. All orders throughout the
Continental U.S. will be subject to a handling charge of $ 13.95. This
charge includes freight, except for additional carrier charges related
to hazardous material shipments. Shortages or errors in shipment must
be reported within 7 days of the invoice date to issue credit (when
applicable).
