Terms And Conditions

We realize that there are several cases when you need to return an item to TRI COUNTY. Yes, we do accept product back in original packaging up to 30 days from the date of purchase, unless the item is covered by a manufacturer’s warranty, or special order. Items may only be returned if they are unmarked, unopened and in the original sealed package.

 

Please include a copy of the invoice along with a brief statement of the problem when returning an item. We cannot accept items for return after 30 days of invoice date under any circumstances.

 

There is a 15% restocking fee on all special order items. Please note that opened or used small equipment, including hand pieces, cannot be returned for credit or exchange. Before opening hand pieces or equipment, we suggest that you check the shipping container and packing list to verify that you have received exactly what you ordered. Any claim for item shortages must be made to our Customer Service Department within 14 days of invoice date. We will replace or repair defective items based on the manufacturers’ policies.

 

To return merchandise, call TRI COUNTY Customer Service at 1-909-880-9555 and request for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Please ask the RMA Acknowledgement to be sent to you so that it can be included with your package.

 

Cancellation Fees

                   Cancellation fees may apply on quoted volume, customized, or non-catalog orders.

Customized Orders

                 Customized orders including fabricated, special order, and custom made-to-order factory direct items are non-returnable.

Damaged Items

                If your package arrived damaged in transit, please note the damage next to your signature at that time of delivery. If your package had concealed damage, please call 1-909-880-9555 within 2 business days of receipt.

Defective Items

                If you receive an item that is defective, please call 1-909-880-9555. We will advise you further that how to proceed. Please note, some items carry a manufacturer’s warranty and require that you contact manufacturer directly.

Shortages and Fulfillment Errors

              If your order arrived short an item at the time of delivery, please note the shortage next to your signature. If you notice a shortage upon opening your package or if your order was fulfilled incorrectly, please call 1-909-880-9555 within 2 business days of receipt.

Warranty Items

             Warranty items are non-returnable.

 

Special Orders

            Non-stock items and volume purchases are non-returnable.
